I thought long and hard about putting up a pdf, everyone hates pdf's and the way they grind everything to a halt. So I opted for putting up photos of the pages, they will load fast and should still be readable. Your browser will resize them, but you should view them at the full size even if it means scrolling a bit. If I did right they should open in a new window!
